- Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- This processing timeline is standard and should not be considered a delay.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are automatically shared via SMS and email.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines depend on the customer's location and the courier partner.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the courier after dispatch.
- Actual delivery dates may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
- Tracking information is shared automatically once the order is shipped.
- Customers can track their orders using the link sent via SMS or email.
- If tracking details are not received within 5 working days, customers are requested to contact support at support@houseofsaint.in with their Order ID.
4. Address & Delivery Guidelines
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
- Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
- House of Saint is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect customer information.
5. Special Conditions
- During sales, new launches, or peak periods, orders may take the full 3–5 working days to process.
- Orders cannot be modified or redirected once placed.
- House of Saint is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If an order cannot be delivered due to repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, it may be returned to origin.
- In such cases, the order will be treated as per the Return & Refund Policy.
